Welcome Petunia lovers, let’s get dirty! Start planting today…

Petunias will grow and thrive under the sun…. with very little care.

Rain, Rain, Petunias Love The Rain

I hope you love gardening and flowers as much as I do.  Caring for flowers is much like raising children, only with less talking back.

Flower pretty well do what they’re told.  The seem eager to please; you plant them, give them water and a few kind words,  and they literally bloom before your eyes.

We should model their life, and BLOOM WHERE WE’RE PLANTED!

We will discuss the fun of a flower garden, spin a web or two, enjoy the history and variety of these flowers, the latin name, and the tender care I know you’ll want to give them.

Are they edible?  What are the varieties?  Do they thrive in the sun?  Should you prune the dead buds?

Let’s find out!

About us

Welcome to my Petunia garden!

In memory of my grandmother, I have dedicated this site to one of her favourite flowers. She always enjoyed the fragrance of petunias. She would sit among the flowers and carefully pluck the dead leaves. She loved to prune the flowers a little sticky, feel the dirt with her fingers and remind me to water them.

Her favourite colours of this flower were purple and pink. Come with me, and let’s get a little dirty. Please feel free to tell me your garden stories. I’d love to hear them.

Grab your shovel and come on in! We might see a butterfly!
